The world of the bulldog is a passion which wastes(destroys) us every day a little more!
I am in favour of the rights of animals as well as human rights. It is the way of being of every complete human being.
Abraham Lincoln.
So much and as long as the men(people) will massacre animals, they are mutually going to kill. Indeed, the one who sows(scatters) the seed of the murder and the pain cannot collect(harvest) the enjoyment and the love.
Pythagore.
For a man of whom the spirit is free, there is something even more unbearable in the sufferings of the animals that in the sufferings of a man. Because for the last one we admit at least that the suffering which we make him(her) is bad and what the man who causes her(it) is a criminal. But thousands of animals are pointlessly shot down every day without a shadow of one re-bites. If a man spoke about it, we would find him(it) ridiculous. And it is what what is unforgivable.
Romain Rolland ( 1866-1944 )
